Waited a month, and my order never arrived, nor has the seller replied to my emails.

Ordered a Christmas gift on Nov 25th, and as of today, christmas eve it never arrived. I contacted the seller and never received a response.

It's been almost 2 months and still have not received my order. After a couple weeks of hearing nothing, contacted seller only to be told there was a family emergency and things would be delayed for a week. After 2 MORE weeks, contacted seller and asked for them to refund or ship. No response until shipping notice on 6/26...yet it is now 7/10 and nothing has been received. I'm an understanding person and know things happen but no contact for 2 weeks to say there would be a delay, followed by being told the delay would be one week when it ended up being a lot more and then still no delivery...that's just ridiculous!!

Worst shop i have dealt with. never shipped my item nor responded back to me as to where my order is. Do not order from this shop.

I did not receive my bows. I ordered them 40 days ago. I have had to file a complaint with Etsy and Paypal and try to get my money back. I ordered 17 bows and hope I didn't get taken. Etsy shut down her shop, since she would not make an attempt to fill my order. Hopefully she will not be able to sell and cheat anyone else again!

Good communication, extremely fast shipping. Second time ordering from this shop & the bow is absolutely gorgeous

Have not received item and have sent numerous requests for tracking info and have been completely ignored by seller. Have not received any info on why I have not received item. Very poor communication and customer service.
